SDMC (School Decision Making Committee)

At Ashford Elementary, we believe great schools are built on collaboration. Our Shared Decision-Making Committee (SDMC) brings together teachers, staff, parents, community members, and local business partners to help shape the direction of our school.

The SDMC plays a key role in:

  • Reviewing and supporting our School Improvement Plan
  • Recommending ideas for curriculum, staffing, and budgeting
  • Helping guide professional development for staff
  • Ensuring every voice in our school community is heard

Meetings are held regularly, and all are welcome to get involved. Together, we’re building a stronger, more successful future for our students!
